This agency wasn't
born in a boardroom.
Honestly? I didn't set out to start an agency. I was freelancing on the side, watching nonprofits I cared about drop thousands on cookie cutter campaigns that landed flat. Watching small businesses with incredible stories get told they weren't "scalable enough." That part stuck with me. I'd sit in those meetings thinking, I could do this better. So eventually I did.
That's how CCA started, out of pure impatience. Five years later we've reached over sixty million accounts and helped clients across North Carolina grow revenue by an average of thirty-five percent. Nonprofits, health centers, makerspaces, small businesses. The kind of work the bigger agencies pass on because the budgets aren't sexy enough. We're not built that way. Turns out when you actually pay attention to the people on the other side of the screen, the work takes care of itself. The rest is just nerve.
